If you call and leave a message or respond via e-mail, please reference your order number, your name and the best method to contact you. Note: Once your order has reached a certain point in our processing procedure, we may not be able to change or cancel your order. Please notify Customer Service as soon as possible for changes or cancellations. You can expect a reply within 48 hours during the business week, no matter the resolution.
How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for the full purchase price (shipping not included). Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received were damaged or incorrect.All returns must be shipped back within 35 days of the invoice date. All returns must include original packaging with tags attached. A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return. Please contact our Customer Service Department with any questions 888-502-1575. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. How do I choose an incentive as a LUNG FORCE fundraiser?
About 30 days after your event, you’ll receive a LUNG FORCE email sent to your registered fundraising email. This email will contain a special link you can use to choose an incentive. When you click on this link, you’ll register your account, using the details from your fundraising account, and be directed to our incentives catalog. If you have already registered from a previous event, you can use the same credentials to simply log in to your account.
You may choose one incentive at or below your fundraising level. Also, you’ll have free shipping for your order so feel free to add for-purchase items such as hats, water bottles or jewelry!
There aren't any LUNG FORCE events in my area - how can I participate?
We welcome virtual fundraisers. Choose an event and register as a virtual fundraiser.
Can I buy an incentive?
